The Axis 241S single camera video server is a compact high performance device that enables any new or existing analogue camera to convert to TCPIP protocol so that it can be viewed anywhere on network infrastructure in exactly the same way as a pure IP camera. Housed internally, the unit can be used for both internal and external cameras. The Axis 241S is a highly competitively priced network camera ideal for any home or business that needs an affordable remote monitoring solution! The server is ideal applications where legacy analogue cameras need to be connected to the network or where the cost of cabling new analogue cameras using RG 59 cable is prohibitive. Where the existing IP infrastructure can be used the Axis 241S is a simple way of transmitting video onto a network enabling viewers to see and hear activity anywhere.
