You can order with us online (24hrs a day, 352 days a year) or over the phone.:

To place an order on the website, simply select the chosen item/s and add them to your basket. You will be able to adjust the quantity of items once you go to check your basket. Once you have completed your selection you can then proceed to the checkout to enter payment and delivery details.

To place an order from outside the UK (unless BFPO address) or Ireland please contact us on 0870 620 0260 or email us at info@ipCCTVcameras.co.uk to get international bank transfer details.

All orders are subject to 17.5% VAT when placed from within the UK or the European Union.

All orders placed online will be treated as an offer to purchase goods from us. Any automated reply that you receive from our online ordering system shall not be deemed as our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods. We will only accept your offer and, therefore, a contract shall only be made once we despatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or reject any offer to purchase at any time. If we decide not to proceed with your order we will contact you by telephone or email.

We want our customers to shop with confidence, and we offer the assurance that no credit card or debit card fraud has ever resulted from making an online purchase with ipCCTVcameras.co.uk.

Any attempts to use credit cards fraudulently will be handed straight to the police in the region where the fraud originated. All orders placed must pass a series of strict security checks before being dispatched and we trust that our genuine customers will understand the reasons for this.

DELIVERY CHARGES

All orders to be delivered within the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) over £500 are FREE. Orders up to and including £500 are £4.95. Delivery to Highlands and Islands and outlying areas of the UK may be subject to a surcharge. We will contact you if applicable.

For deliveries outside of the UK please call customer services on 0870 620 0260 or email info@ipCCTVcameras.co.uk – we will provide you with a quote.

We can only deliver to the card holder’s registered address or to a business address. Deliveries of products over £100 are made by courier and will need a signature to accept them. If your order is incomplete please call us on 0870 620 0260 within 7 days of signing for the package. We cannot accept claims after this time.

If there is insufficient stock to make up your order we will dispatch your goods once stock has been received. We will either email or telephone you to let you know the situation.

We try very hard to ensure that all of our products are in stock at all times – but all items are subject to availability and some line may be withdrawn without notice. ipCCTVcameras will let you know if any goods cannot be supplied, no money will be taken.

Additional Invoices
Additional Invoices are charged at £20 each. Copies are supplied only after full payment has been made.

All statements, guarantees or warranties in our terms of trading are in addition to & do not affect your statutory rights.
